When do I upload my artwork?
You can upload your artwork either before or after payment by following the steps below.
If you would like to get your artwork checked before uploading:
- Choose get my design checked in the footer (at the bottom of the website).
- Choose the amount of pages you want to be checked.
- Upload your artwork.
- Proceed to payment.
Once your artwork is uploaded, we'll run a check on the print readiness of your design. You'll receive your artwork back which you can use in your order afterwards.
If you're sure about your artwork:
- Add the product you would like to order to your cart.
- Proceed to the payment page.
- Proceed to upload your artwork.
- Select any of the payment options to directly pay for your order (for more information about the payment options, check out this article).
Once your order is in production, you can't make any changes to your artwork, so please make sure to thoroughly check everything before approving.
