Is my order guaranteed to be delivered on the chosen date

Besides unforeseen circumstances on the carrier's side, 99% of all our orders are delivered on time. However, all delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, even for overnight orders (except from same-day orders).

Please note:  Any delays wether in production or during delivery are not included in the estimated times. For orders to go into production the order must be totally completed: the design must be uploaded and approved before the deadline shown at the bottom of the page during the order and payment (if online payment is requested) must be completed.

Tip:  We always recommend to take one day of delay in consideration, just to be sure. Except from same-day orders, these orders are guaranteed by email and delivered with express same-day couriers!
